For the fourth installment of Chef Alex Boonphaya’s Thai Knife Fight series, Chef Boonphaya has tapped Chef Drew Abruzzese as the next contender he’ll go toetotoe with in a battle for Thai cuisine supremacy when the two duke it out over three courses on Thursday, March 10th at 6:30 p.m. at Boonphaya’s new Circles Thai, located at 8 Powell Lane in Collingswood, New Jersey. Chef Alex Boonphaya is excited to be putting his apron back on and stepping into the kitchen to battle Chef Abruzzese.
